Save Our Youth the Next Generations



Dr. Christopher K. Slaton and Dr. Dolores Slaton work as a husband and wife team advocating for the human and civil rights of poor, minority, special and high needs families.  In 1998, the Slatons' founded Save Our Youth the Next Generations, which is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization, designed as a child family and community development project.


Dr.  Christopher Slaton not only serves as Save Our Youth's Executive Director, but also specializes in home to school research for poor, minority, special and high needs children with learning and behavior disorders.  He is the premier Human Systems scientist and consultant in the Northern California area, studying the effects of learning and behavior disorders on family systems.



  
Dr. Dolores Slaton serves as the Director of Family Services.  Her work involves learning how to systemically apply scientific methods to improving family leadership of each family member by teaching family leaders to understand the correlates of family, education, government and business relationships which are focused on development of the family system. 




The Slaton's work is centered on advocating against social injustices experienced by at-risk children and families as they experience the public education system using research based practices to address and resolve problems.  Save Our Youth's purpose is to help families improve their lives using education as the springboard into life-long learning while focusing on the development of family economics.
